Résumé : | Taking into account the increasing legal and moral obligations of employers towards persons with disabilities in the ordinary labour market, this article aims to explore how two large private companies in Norway presented their work to promote a corporate culture that is inclusive towards employees with disabilities and to what extent they supported this inclusive image in practice. The article compares the ‘visible’ level (or the ‘frontstage’ presentation) of the corporate culture and the ‘invisible’ levels (or the ‘backstage’ activities) of what is actually implemented by the companies.
