Résumé : | [BDSP. Notice produite par SAPHIR H9IJR0x9. Diffusion soumise à autorisation]. At the Fifth Ministerial Conference on Environment and Health in Parma, ministers of health and of the environment, key partners and experts met to assess the progress made since the environment and health process began 20 years ago. With the needs of children and young people uppermost, the Conference focused on three main priority areas. The first was the progress and impact of the environment and health process and where further action is needed. The second was socioeconomic, gender, age and other inequalities in environment and health, and the measures that can be taken to address them. The third was the effects of climate change. The Conference participants discussed how to move the environment and health process forward in Europe, and summed up their intent with the Parma Declaration. [Ed.]. |
