| Résumé : | This policy brief, developed under the “OBS-Learning From Progress In Addressing Cancer In Europe” (OBS-PACE) project, aims to understand the role of health system functions in reducing cancer inequalities, and to identify the barriers and enablers to implementing initiatives enhancing equitable cancer care. Stemming from both a rapid literature review and the analysis of OBS-PACE country case studies, findings from this policy brief highlight system-level strategies that promote equity, identify priority areas for investment and support, and offer evidence-based recommendations aligned with the EBCP objectives, which can be used to inform both European and national cancer plans and funding decisions. |
