| Résumé : | First, this thesis aims to quantify the degree of inequality in work injury risk between managers and non-managers among private sector employees in France, across industries, sexes, and age groups, using the SIRx approach. Second, it examines how the choice of time-at-risk measure, person-years vs. person-hours, affects the magnitude and ranking of these inequalities. Lastly, it describes some dimensions of administrative data quality that are important to clarify the remaining blind spots in knowledge. (R.A.) |
