| Résumé : | Very preterm (VPT) children (<32 weeks of gestational age) are at increased risk for long-term respiratory complications, including asthma, compared to term-born children. Although healthcare use is high among VPT-born children, research suggests there may be unmet care needs in this population. We aimed to describe the healthcare use of VPT and term-born children with and without asthma, and identify determinants of respiratory-related care use among asthmatic VPT children, focusing on family sociodemographic factors, to assess potentially suboptimal care.(R.A.) |
