Résumé : | On the occasion of International Day of Persons with Disabilities (marked annually on 3 December), the International Labour Organization (ILO) released this publication to explain the concept of reasonable adjustments (referred to in this guide as “reasonable accommodation”) and provide practical step-by-step guidance on how and when these should be provided in the workplace. Employers and workers are both key stakeholders in ensuring greater workplace equality, diversity and inclusion – as are governments, employers’ organizations, trade unions and other actors, such as civil society organizations. |
