| Résumé : | Most HSGs contain a Summary of Chemical Safety Information or an ICSC that summarizes information and advice on the relevant chemical. It is designed for easy, quick reference for health workers concerned with, and users of, chemicals. It should be displayed near entrances to areas where exposure to the chemical in question could potentially occur and, if possible, on processing equipment and containers. A sample is given below ; the terms used defined in Chapters 1 and 2 of this Manual. All persons potentially exposed to chemicals should have the instructions on the relevant ICSCs clearly explained to them. (R. A.). |
